For our promotional campaigns, including the 15-year anniversary offers and premium service validations, we maintain strict opt-in policies. 3. Service-Specific Data Usage

Game Development Clients: Project files and intellectual property shared for development purposes are treated with strict confidentiality. We utilize secure, encrypted project management tools accessible only by assigned developers. Source code and assets are deleted from our active servers 90 days after project completion unless a retention agreement is signed.

Trading Analytics Users: Data uploaded for trading analysis is processed in real-time and is not stored permanently. We do not require or store actual trading account credentials. All API integrations are read-only and utilize secure token-based authentication.

4. Data Security & Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for a maximum of 24 months to allow for follow-up on service inquiries. Analytics data is anonymized and aggregated, making it impossible to trace back to individual users.
