Welcome to Kopleep. By accessing our website located at St. Stephen's Green 901, Belfast, Ireland, or using any services provided through our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services, including our Game Development and Trading Analytics integration offerings.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to access premium promotional content and participate in our "15 Years Anniversary" celebration events. By using this site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Updates: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Kopleep.com after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Check this page regularly for updates.

2. Service Terms & Premium Offerings

Game Development

Custom engine integration and multiplayer infrastructure services. All codebases remain property of Kopleep until final delivery and payment clearance. Client receives perpetual license for developed assets.

Trading Analytics

Real-time data processing integration. Clients must maintain compliant API keys and adhere to exchange terms. Kopleep provides analytical tools but does not execute trades or provide financial advice.

Premium Promotional Access

Valid for "15 Years Anniversary" event participants only. Includes full premium version features at 100% discount. Requires valid email registration and acceptance of marketing communications.

Payment & Refund Policy

All promotional offers labeled "100% free" are valid for the stated duration. Standard services require upfront payment unless otherwise agreed. Refunds are processed within 14 business days for services not yet rendered. Chargebacks will result in immediate suspension of all services.

3. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities

Allowed Usage

  • ✓ Access and download purchased assets or promotional content
  • ✓ Use our APIs for intended analytical and development purposes
  • ✓ Participate in anniversary events and claim premium promotional offers
  • ✓ Contact support for technical assistance or billing inquiries

Strictly Prohibited

  • ✕ Reselling or redistributing premium access without authorization
  • ✕ Attempting to reverse-engineer our trading analytics algorithms
  • ✕ Using automated scripts to abuse the 100% free premium offer
  • ✕ Harassing other users or staff via contact channels
  • ✕ Violating applicable laws in Ireland or your jurisdiction

Enforcement: Violations may result in immediate termination of services, forfeiture of promotional access, and potential legal action. We cooperate with law enforcement regarding illegal activities.

4. Liability Disclaimers & Limitations

No Warranty

Kopleep provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of trading data, or fitness for a particular purpose. The "15 Years Anniversary" promotional tools are provided for testing and evaluation purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kopleep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
